Yes. Fate Community Theatre is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, EIN 42-4323578, and our exemption is effective from our formation on August 6, 2026, so gifts made since then are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Givebutter emails a receipt for your records.
Performance rights and scripts first, then materials — lumber, paint, lighting, costumes — then venue costs. A first season spends before it earns.
A donation is a gift of any amount toward the work. Membership is $25 or more for the year, January 1 to December 31, 2027: you become a founding member of our inaugural season, and your name is printed in our playbill for every show. Memberships are non-refundable and do not renew automatically.
Yes, and we need it. Set build, costumes, front of house, set-up and strike: the volunteer roles are listed on Get Involved.
It is. Lady Windermere’s Fan is free to attend, and for a first-year company a full audience is worth a great deal more than it looks. Donations are happily accepted.
